Do I need an account?+
No. Send one letter as a guest. Your email receives the receipt and a private status link.
What kind of PDF can I upload?+
An unencrypted 8.5×11 PDF up to 20 uploaded pages and 20 MB. Every page should use the same dimensions.
Why is an address page added?+
It lets Lob place the recipient and return addresses correctly in a standard double-window envelope without covering your document.
How is it printed?+
The initial service uses black-and-white, double-sided printing and USPS First Class mail.
Can I track delivery?+
The private status page shows the milestones Lob and USPS provide. Not every ordinary letter receives every scan.
What happens to my document?+
It stays in private storage only while Lob needs it to prepare the mailpiece, then it is deleted.
