One letter, one transaction.

Just One Letter provides a guest checkout for preparing and ordering one physical letter. You must have the right to use the submitted image and message, provide lawful and accurate addresses, and avoid prohibited, deceptive, infringing, or illegal content.

Production and delivery

Lob prints the mailpiece and USPS delivers it. Dates and tracking milestones are estimates unless explicitly confirmed. Postal delays, missing scans, forwarding, and returned mail can occur outside our control.

Refunds

A definitive failure before Lob accepts production is eligible for the refund path shown on the private status page. Printing, postage, incorrect addresses, delivery delays, and returned mail are generally not refundable after provider acceptance.

Service limits

We may reject abusive, unlawful, technically invalid, or undeliverable orders. The service is provided as available and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order where permitted by law.
